Job description

As an Account Manager (AM), you'll contribute to Arkadin's success by effectively managing existing clients and expanding our relationships, resulting in faster growth and increased utilization of Arkadin's solutions.

Key activities & Tasks

    • You'll strategically manage and develop an assigned medium to large enterprise client base
    • You will define and drive sales strategy within your existing accounts assigned to sign/secure them, and generate new cross-selling and upselling business opportunities
    • You'll consult business decision makers within your accounts to increase and diversify usage by providing creative custom solution service offerings
    • In order to ensure your daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are met or exceeded, you'll maintain a consistent high level of sales activity
    • Naturally, you will independently manage the entire sales cycle, maintaining accurate records within the company's CRM platform and possessing a complete understanding of Arkadin's solution offerings with the ability to communicate them effectively
    • You'll create client presentations, proposals and reports as well as conduct on site and remote presentations and demonstrations and be able to effectively work across all departments to support clients
    • You'll negotiate contractual terms with prospects and clients
    • You will report daily, weekly and monthly productivity to your manager and accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue and new business development.

Core skills & requirements

    • You possess a college or university degree or equivalent work experience and you have 3+ years' experience in B2B Sales.
    • You have an entrepreneurial spirit that enables you to build and nurture strong and lasting relationships to maximize financial success.
    • You're a committed self-starter who can work autonomously or as part of a team in a high-energy environment (prior experience is a plus), and you also possess exceptionally effective oral and written communication skills – including a persuasive and professional phone demeanor.
    • You can demonstrate your ability (and samples) of your effective prospecting techniques (email, phone, social).
    • You have a deep understanding of cloud services and benefit statements and can demonstrate effective presentation skills during demos of Arkadin's solutions (both virtually and face-to-face).
    • You're skilled at consultative and solution-based sales approaches.
    • In case of increased sales complexity, you're capable of involving Arkadin's human and material resources when needed.
    • You're hungry to learn and ready to quickly implement new offers, campaigns and initiatives of an increasingly wider portfolio of collaborative solutions as per Arkadin's products roadmap.
    • And last but not least, Microsoft Office holds no secrets for you.

Key expected results (deliverable, KPI's)

    • Your ultimate goal will be to position Arkadin as the customer's preferred UC & Collaboration services provider through: UC or Videoconferencing solutions, Virtual Events, and Audio & Web conferencing solutions
    • Your day-to-day goal will be to ensure that your assigned accounts grow quickly, achieving and/or exceeding your monthly and yearly revenue targets and establishing new opportunities within existing accounts to generate a high level of new business productivity
    • Your customer relationships will be wider and deeper with multiple contacts that know about Arkadin and see the value we provide to their remote collaboration and communication needs; this will help you keep client attrition to a minimum
    • Your KPIs are achieved or exceeded on a monthly basis
    • Naturally, you will manage the entire sales process, thanks to your complete understanding of the business, buying, and decision making process of your assigned clients ; you'll also be an expert on Arkadin's products, solutions, policies and procedures
    • You will keep management well informed of short and long term revenue forecasts, including new business development
    • You'll present annual business plans for all of your top accounts displaying large opportunities

    • You will complete all certifications that are part of your training targets
