Your Role
The Solutions Consultant is responsible for increasing Arkadin's market share by selling Arkadin's UC, Collaboration or Event Solutions into medium and large enterprise companies within an assigned territory.

Key activities & Tasks

    What You'll Be Doing
    o Strategically target, prospect and acquire Medium to Large enterprise companies selling Arkadin's UC, Collaboration or Event solutions
    o Maintain a consistent high level of prospecting activity in order to ensure daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and/or exceeded
    o Independently manage the entire sales cycle
    o Maintain accurate records within the company's sales database
    o Generate new business within the assigned territory and segment by signing new clients every month
    o Create client presentations, proposals and client reports
    o Conduct onsite and remote presentations and demonstrations
    o Effectively work across all departments to support clients
    o Attend training and complete all online learning requirements to ensure advance knowledge of Arkadin's products, solutions, policies and procedures
    o Negotiate contractual terms with prospects and clients
    o Accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue and new business development
    o Report daily, weekly and monthly productivity to manager
    o Perform other assigned tasks as requested

Core skills & requirements

    o University Degree
    o 5-7+ years' B2B Sales experience
    o Passion and commitment for customer success and entrepreneurial character
    o Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment
    o Understanding of cloud services, pricing models and benefit statements
    o Must have a persuasive nature and professional phone demeanor
    o Proven ability (and samples) of effective prospecting techniques (email, phone, social)
    o Prior experience in high activity environment
    o Skilled at consultative and solution based sales approach
    o Exceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written)
    o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    o Capacity to involve Arkadin's human and material resources when needed in case of increased sales complexity
    o Effective presentations skills during demos of Arkadin's solutions both virtually and face-to-face
    o Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

Key expected results (deliverable, KPI's)

    Your Target Results
    o Achieve and/or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
    o Increase monthly revenue by signing new « insert UC, Collaboration or Event » business opportunities and acquiring new clients
    o KPI's are achieved or exceeded on a monthly basis
    o Management of the sales process, complete understanding of the business, buying and decision making process of an organization
    o Management is well informed of short and long term revenue forecasts, including new business development
    o The SC is an expert with Arkadin's « insert UC, Collaboration or Event » solutions, policies and procedures
    o Salesforce.com has up to date information
    o Complete all certifications that are part of the training targets
